To be a conservative in a small-town means learning to be a conservative federalist. It means utilizing the taxes collected at the State and Federal level while keeping local taxes as close to zero as possible. I am not like the other folks on the city council. I dream too much. But then again, perhaps what we need is to dream a little bigger. Afterall, that's all city council members do. They dream it and work to make those dreams come true.
